My husband and I bought our house 3 years ago sight unseen from Germany. Dee was patient and so very helpful letting us know what she needed to get our park application approved. We flew to sign the papers and fell instantly in love with the park. We moved here just over a year ago permanently. I cannot say there has been one day that I wished I didn’t move here. Even with Milton and the other hurricanes. We love it here. It’s always clean and I feel safe here. The office staff Orlando, Jennifer, and Dee have always been respectful to me when voicing a concern. The only complaint I have is the community residents don’t do more together. I.E potlucks…
Nice office people. Park (to me) feels like it’s undergoing many improvements but still has people that have been there a long time and don’t really want to improve their property. (My impression). Good list of amenities. Thought lot rent was high given it didn’t cover anything but the park amenities. Then you have the pass-through charges for water, taxes, etc. on top of lot rent (over $200) more a month.
Jennifer, Dee and Orlando are the best professionals I have met. Always helpful, always dependable. Anytime I need assistance or even just want to go in for a chat I am always greeted kindly. Immediate attention and extremely kind and patient office staff and maintenance team is top notch.
We have lived in Fountainview almost 2 years. We have found the management of the park to communicate expectations well, and they have been consistent in the administration of park policies. The residents here are varied in nationalities, and have been very warm and friendly. The park is very well maintained and kept up. There are a variety of amenities to enjoy. Two recent hurricanes have spotlighted the investment and teamwork from the park staff, as well as the residents. Overall, we are happy to have our home here.
They continue to raise the lot rent every year.making it harder for seniors who has fix income, stay in there homes they lived in for years.Getting stuff done around the community takes them forever to fix,down fences ,pressure washing the walkways.All they focus on is the entrance of the park,making sure it’s welcoming to others.
Nothing wrong with that ,but there are other things that are important. Like taking care all those who live here.
