My favorite yoga studio in town! All of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and bring their own flair and vibe to each class. The studio itself is beautiful and has good vibes written all over it! I love their newly added color-changing lights, especially for the evening classes. They offer many different class types, but my absolute favorite is the hi-lo flow. A blend on vinyasa and yin. The instructor, Elizabeth, is an absolute gem of an instructor and person. Check them out if you haven’t yet!
Absolutely love this yoga studio – great instructors (Christine, Elizabeth), classes and overall environment.
Special call out to Tasha for her Sunday morning class – a gentle yet challenging flow to either end the weekend or begin the week.
Even their scheduling system deserves a call out – easy to use, assign a spot early, and very flexible.
I recently attended a mommy-and-me class at Full Circle Yoga, which is conveniently close to my house and came recommended by a mom friend. As a new mom with a four-month-old, ( she was 3 at the time), my nights are unpredictable and my mornings chaotic, so finding activities I can do with my baby can be challenging. This class seemed like a great opportunity to bond with her and share time with other moms who understand the ups and downs of motherhood. The class itself was enjoyable, with only a few other moms and their babies. We all dealt with feeding, diaper changes, and occasional crying—it was comforting to be in a space where everyone “got it.”
The class is only held on Wednesdays at 10 AM, so scheduling in advance is necessary. I arrived a few minutes late for my first session, but they kindly let me in. I purchased a 15-day package that included access to other classes, though realistically, I knew I would only be able to attend the mommy-and-me sessions. However, the next week when I arrived 15 minutes late, they did not let me in. I understand that punctuality is valued in yoga to maintain relaxation and minimize interruptions, but given this class is designed for moms and babies, a bit of flexibility would have been greatly appreciated. The reality is that there are babies in the class, and crying or disruptions are expected. It was disappointing to miss out on a session, especially when I was considering purchasing a full package for regular attendance.
While they did inform me that I could attend other classes with my package, the reality is that time is a rare luxury for moms. Aligning a class schedule with a baby’s needs isn’t easy. Sadly, I won’t be returning because, with my unpredictable nights and chaotic mornings, there’s no guarantee I can always make it exactly at 10 AM.
Overall, I loved the idea and enjoyed the first session with my baby, but the lack of flexibility for this specific class was disheartening.
This lovely studio has amazing energy. They are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jim’s class hot yoga glass on Thursday evenings is something I look forward to each week…it’s an end of the week that gives a great release from everything I went through during the week. It gives a great kick start to the weekend. These good energy in the room from the instructor and the students. I leave feeling lighter every time. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of yoga experience. They have an introductory special 3 classes for 25 dollars, priced perfectly for those wanting to try something new.
I would not recommend if you’re a human and go through unpredictable situations. I am newly pregnant and was excited to attend the prenatal yoga class with a friend who invited me. I signed up for the class the Saturday I intended to go and simultaneously received a call about a passing in my family. I didn’t attend for obvious reasons, I was under the impression that I had 14 days because that’s the pass I signed up for. While grieving and in another state, I seen that I was charged the initial $35 for the class, and two $15 charges for not showing up once. I called the studio to try and get some more information about the additional charge and to see if we could figure something out due to my unfortunate circumstances. There was no answer and so I left my name and number and a brief explanation on the voicemail. I then texted their number that they provide in their bio on Instagram on Wednesday and just received a response and it’s Saturday. Not only did they spell my name incorrectly when addressing me , they also didn’t acknowledge anything that was sent in my original text. I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional just on every level and will not be attending this establishment. It’s not about the money for me it’s about professionalism and decorum.
