While the views and the ambiance of this complex may seem pretty and beautiful at first, the property management shows nothing by blatant humiliation, attitude and disrespect to residents and OWNERS. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and it’s a never ending battle that lacks any common sense. The management has no issues yelling at the owners. I pay the HOA and pay contractors to fix items that should have been the responsibility of the HOA to fix.

A person from the HOA has cursed and yelled in my face when I came with a simple request/question to resolve an issue that was on the OUTSIDE of my condo. The management has made my life miserable and I don’t recommend you ever having to have to have an encounter with them.

This place has its upsides and downsides. For starters, the facilities look amazing on the surface and it has great views of the Bay because it’s right on the water. The pool and club facilities are fairly nice and maintained. There’s an actual guard house at the gate, and when I lived there, there was no way for guests to buzz in; you had to call down to the guardhouse to get them to let people in and sometimes there were really, really long waits at the gate. It’s also relatively pet friendly with nice trails and doggy bag dispensers everywhere; some of the residents don’t have well-socialized animals though, and my dog was attacked a couple times while I was walking him. The build quality of the units is suspect, to say the least. The walls are paper-thin and you’ll definitely smell your neighbors’ cooking every night. And if you’re REALLY unlucky, you’ll have a sewer line running right through your wall like I did, and your apartment will smell like raw sewage a few times a day. You’ll spend premium $$ to live here for what it is, and after even a few days, you’ll be able to tell all the corners they cut when they were building the place. Renters also are treated pretty poorly by owners and management.
