I could go on and on about this place but I’m going to try to keep it short. If you’re looking to have a wedding in Tampa, Hotel Haya should be top of mind for you.
What an absolutely wonderful hotel!! We booked this place as our wedding venue, and Logan helped us out so much and made the entire wedding planning process so seamless and smooth for us. The guests at our wedding absolutely loved the hotel, the vibe, the hospitality, and how amazing the staff was before, during, and after the ceremony. A special shout-out to Trey (Trae?) as well, as he helped out Logan, and that dynamic duo knocked it out of the park to ensure our wedding was such a special day.
The rooms are gorgeous, the food is incredible, we cannot say enough Nice things about this place. thank you, thank you, thank you!!
AMAZING STAY! The hotel is located on a strip with a lot of entertainment. Parking is valet and they take outstanding care of you. They have one disabled parking slot in front of the hotel, but don’t be discouraged, the valet will take care of your vehicle if they have to park it. If you like bars and different eateries, then you will enjoy this location. The restaurant in the hotel is a good choice and was busy during our stay. The bar area was clean, and everyone was having a blast. The coffee was also a good in the lobby. I will return and this is my new hotel to stay at when visiting Ybor City.
Enjoyed a great stay here with my family! The location is amazing and just a short free tram ride away from downtown Tampa, and Ybor City is a beautiful and historic neighborhood that’s worth exploring in its own right. Highly recommend!
We were so disappointed with our stay at hotel Haya. First off, I asked for a quiet room and was placed across from the staff lounge. No in room coffee machine or even in the lobby, the fridge is packed with items for sale and no space for your own. The shower is so low pressure and it’s open concept so you’re cold the whole time. The toiletries are for a budget hotel line. Super soft bed with no support. Two out of four of the lights in the room didn’t work so it was very dark. The pool was always in the shade. The valet was insanely expensive and so inconvenient. Honestly, have nothing positive to say about this hotel. I still can’t get over how much we paid for 3 nights here as we were expecting a luxury boutique hotel.
This is a perfect hotel for people doing quick trips who don’t want to store food in their room and are coming to the city to enjoy the sites, the sounds, and the restaurants nearby. If you’re a “leftovers and brew my own coffee” kind of person, this isn’t for you.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, the hotel upkeep and decor was great for a boutique hotel. The valet was fast and responsive, and the breakfast and coffee tasted great to us. We have stayed at much more expensive properties and we did not feel like we wasted our money here.
Don’t come in to this boutique hotel expecting it to be a Ritz Carlton or a Super 8. It’s perfect for what it is, and that’s a great one or two night stay.
