In the past 6 weeks, I have stayed at this hotel for a total of six nights. The hotel is nicely appointed without being pretentious. It is very clean, well maintained, and overall has a great vibe. The rooms are spacious and have good flow. There is a safe In the room. The beds are comfortable, and bedding is crisp clean but also soft. Each floor I’ve stayed on has a nice laundry room ($3.00 for a full wash, $3.00 40 minute full dry). You need to bring your own soap, none available for purchase at hotel. The pool area is nice size for the hotel and never busy. The indoor/outdoor lounge area is comfortable and relaxed. The free breakfast is really good for a hotel buffet with lots of great options, and everything is refreshed frequently. I will c9ntinue to use this hotel for my business and personal travel to Tampa.
I travel to this area often for work and the Hyatt House is always my first choice. This location is consistently great! Staff is always wonderful and rooms are always VERY clean! It is always quiet even when the hotel is at capacity. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is a 10/10! I love this place!
Great bkfast, very clean and airy, a friendly and attentive staff. Only drawback is the parking, which requires extra steps because Hyatt doesn’t own the lot. But that’s not a real big deal. Highlight is the breakfast scrambled eggs were actually like homemade, and the coffee excellent. I, do give ii a 9,8, Room was nice and quiet and well appointed
Nice place but for 8 weeks straight I’ve been booked and just booked for 8 more weeks. Comcast’s is not available and they advertise so. We pay top dollar to have 12 channels. I have called several times and was told if that important choose another hotel!!!

Location-wise, the Hyatt House is ideal. It’s close to downtown Tampa, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. For those visiting on business, it’s conveniently located near major corporate offices and the Tampa Convention Center.
