My 2019 Accord’s tire light had been on for a few weeks. I called in to make an appointment for this past Saturday morning for what I thought would have been an in and out situation. I left my car and went away to eat breakfast with a friend. I was called by the front desk person to let me know the cost would be $168 for replacing the sensors on all 4 tires. That’s fine then I could pick it up and head out of town as planned right?
Well I get back and pay for the services, as I’m about to leave there’s a nail sticking out of my front tire plain as day. Of course it was not there when I brought it in. I walked back in to bring out the gentleman who I had been doing business with. When he saw it he looked pissed. I waited inside for him to tell me that THEY messed up and would take care of the error. But what ended up happening was him and what seemed to be a mechanic came in and front desk person told me it was on me to deal with. Their tire machine was down.
UPDATED: After a few days the owner, Ashley reached out to me and we were able to rectify the situation. It’s truly an honor to work with business-minded women like Ashley. Because of her professionalism and amazing customer service, I look forward to doing business here in the future.
Fine shop, would use them again. They did what I asked of them for a fair price (lower than phone quote), let me bring my own part, and gave me back old part for core return.
Oil change price was a bit high, so I opted to do it myself, but no harm no foul.
Only gripe I have that there’s an intermittent issue which I asked them to investigate, but they would not credit diagnostic fee toward overall repair bill for the unknown condition if I opted to make the repair, so I declined the diagnostic service.
A repeat customer due to reliability of high quality service & knowledgeable mechanics there on the property. Scott & Nick are both extremely helpful & can pin point the issue within 5- 10 minutes. They keep their pricing as low as possible and always make sure to explain properly the problem & solution they will execute before touching the vehicle. If you are looking for a reliable shop & friendly service.. they are the place. The owner is also very polite & down to earth. Just refreshing all around honestly.
Ice Cold Air takes great care of their customers! I stopped in the other day to get my battery checked and Scott fit me in and got me a new battery in place quickly and on my way. They have awesome service and kind people!
