Ordered the Bao Buns – Mochi-fried Chicken, Dumplings – Tocino Pork, and Garlic Jasmine Rice. All three were good. Would have benefited from some hot sauce, but there didn’t seem to be any available. The food truck has a small seating area. Thx fully it was cooler out. Would be very uncomfortable in summer months. I’ll definitely be back to try other items.

After noticing its high ratings online, we visited this eatery and were intrigued to discover that it operates more like a pop-up serving fusion Filipino cuisine. The outdoor seating area consists of a few benches, giving it a somewhat temporary feel, though we did observe that they are constructing a more permanent restaurant space right behind.

The food was enjoyable, though not particularly remarkable. The lechon kawali was satisfactory, but it might have benefited from a traditional dipping sauce. The Pork Liempo and the pickled radish (Atchara) were tasty, although it would be interesting to try them with pickled papaya for a more authentic touch. Additionally, we felt that the meat portions could have been more balanced in relation to the rice served alongside.

On a positive note, the Pandan coconut milk tea and calamansi mango puree juice were delightful, offering a refreshing taste without being overly sweet. We did notice that the dining area could use some improvement in cleanliness. We look forward to returning to explore their full menu once the new restaurant is completed.

    Wow, just wow!

The food here is AMAZING! We ended up ordering half the menu and not one dish disappointed. Home made ube ice cream for the halo halo was the cherry on top.

This truck knows how to crush Filipino food. Thank you!

If I could give them more stars I would. Such an amazing couple. Absolutely fantastic food and such a great selection. They host events for the Filipino community. Truly a great addition to the Tampa market. Thank you for the pork belly. We will most definitely be back.

Checked out the new spot and tried some menu items I haven’t tried before! Everything was delicious, but a few items were very salty. Pancit was salty, some of the noodles were undercooked, and the lechon cuts I got were 90% fat. Ube milk tea was delicious, but the boba pearls were pretty tough and chewy. What has always stood out is their dumplings. Definitely one of their strengths! Their new space is nice and will be really dope when it gets colder!
