Jim and team helped with photos for a podcast we are starting. Jim made us feel so comfortable and the photos came out amazing. Highly recommend. The gallery is in such a great location. I was able to sneak a peek at the current artist’s work on display too!
Macbeth Studio is definitely a fixture in Downtown Orlando and I love stopping by their place on Orange Avenue, but they work all over the world and do a lot more than just traditional photography.
On that note, I wanted to share some details from the project they just completed for me on a 120-acre parcel of forest, river, and pasture in western Washington State.
Jim came out and created a detailed, super hi-res GPS-based map (using minor internet celebrity Jerome the Drone) with almost 1000 12MP images stitched seamlessly together, and then sent me a private link to Google earth with the lap of the property overlaid. It ss amazing!
I can zoom in to inspect details, measure distances in real space, even see a rough topography of the land with relative heights color-coded. It is an invaluable tool for site planning and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results.
