Absolutely the best service!!!! I bought a stillen exhaust and I needed it installed. Called Madhater, and they were able to fit me in within an hour. Got there and met the owner. He is an old-school kind of guy who will give you old-school service. Honest, humble, and very knowledgeable, and his guys are absolutely great. They pay attention to details and know what they are doing. If you need work done muffler, tires, and any other work you need done, they can handle it. And they have great deals on tires if you need some!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Mad Hatter! After a pretty rough experience with a dealership, I brought my car here to get serviced. We found out I needed to get a full catalytic converter replacement, as well as a tune up. They were able to get these repairs done in about a day, at a very reasonable price. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. I will absolutely be coming back here if I need to get work done and I’ve already recommended them to multiple friends. Thank you so much for all of your help! I really appreciate it.
Update: the service was so good that I came back again to get new tires installed. They did a fantastic job and I was in and out within an hour. James was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. If I ever need anything else done with my car, I’m absolutely coming back. Thank you again for being wonderful!
Team at Mad Hatter did a great job custom fabricating an exhaust for my lowered F150. Because of the lowering kit, they had to make some modifications. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend!
Big shoutout to Mad Hatter Muffler, I ordered an exhaust online and 4 other shops couldn’t get this exhaust system installed. One shop even quoted me $1200 for this exhaust to get installed and didn’t even take a look under my car which is insane. This shop is filled with kind hearted people who know what they are talking about and will get the job done right. As soon as I came in they got to work on my car at a reasonable price and said I wouldn’t have to pay until my car is ready and I’m happy with how it came out. Honestly can’t say enough good things just come check this place out I 100% recommend getting exhaust work at Mad Hatter Muffler ‼️
Had a very good experience with them this morning, great customer service. Took in my Mercedes e550 to get the mufflers removed and they did an excellent job. The job took about an hour and a half. Having the car sounding better than ever and will come back to install some tips.
