So this is going to be tricky. I had The Indian Buffet at Minerva and below are the observations:
– The Mint Chutney and Coconut Chutney were definitely frozen and thawed out, not fresh but didn’t taste bad.
– The Mint Chicken Tikka was kinda undercooked and had a smell to it. The Tilapia was freshly fried however there was a pretty fishy smell that could have been eliminated with lime juice or vinegar.
– Everything else was pretty basic.
Things that I would like To Appreciate:
– The Idli was great, soft and mouth melting.
– Sambhar was pretty good.
– Dosas were made fresh and to order.
– The Veg chowmein is definitely worth a try.
Kudos for going above and beyond and keeping ThumsUp.
The Indian buffet was a culinary delight! A perfect mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, each brimming with authentic flavors and spices. From creamy paneer curries to succulent chicken and goat dishes, every bite was a treat. The desserts were the perfect sweet ending. Highly recommend!
Minerva was great! I love Indian food, and always look for a place for lunch when I’m in town. The lunch buffet was good, with plenty of options. The butter chicken is always a favorite, the goat and fish were great too.
Delicious butter chicken and naan! They finished my order right at the 15 minute mark and it was super yummy. Highly recommend, it was my first time trying Indian cuisine and I really enjoyed it!
