Really appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment. Everyone was nice, the doctor was great with my son, and everything seemed to go smoothly.
Biggest disappointment is their website stating United Healthcare is in-network, but once I got there, they said it was out-of-network. I guess they know that worried parents won’t take their sick kids somewhere else or risk waiting to take them somewhere else the next day.
Would recommend this place to others, but I highly advise Night Owl to fix their website ASAP to provide more clarity.
I highly recommend this pediatric clinic! The doctors and staff are incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and patient with children. They make both parents and kids feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The office is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, making every visit a pleasant experience. The pediatricians take the time to listen, answer questions, and explain everything clearly. It’s comforting to know your child is in such good hands. Definitely a top choice for pediatric care!

“We didn’t have an appointment and arrived just after they opened. Check in was a breeze, they sent a link and everything was easy to follow. Triage was quick, accurate and clean. Doctor came in within a few minutes. Ordered an X-ray, read snd diagnosed in a timely matter. The only issue was the doctor prescribed outside of my insurance limits. I called them and they corrected the problem on the spot.”
If I could give 0 star, I would. We chose this urgent care based on its high reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite no other patients being there, it took almost an hour to complete the paperwork while our infants were in pain. They also charged us, even though our insurance should have covered everything. When I asked them to verify this in their system, but they refused, claiming their system was ‘closed,’ despite the clinic being open. The doctor was unprofessional, making inappropriate comments and pressuring us into unnecessary tests. He even implied our babies’ lives were at risk if we didn’t comply. We ended up going to the ER, where the staff reassured us that those tests weren’t necessary. I won’t be returning, and this clinic does not live up to the positive reviews
