Looove these cookies!! The owners Ashley and Izzy are nice and welcoming every time I go. I love that its a “speakeasy vibe”. First time was a little hard to find but I loved rewarding myself with all goodies in the end. The size of the cookie is awesome! They change flavors every week which is great so I can try something new often. I love the fruity flavors the most. Super good! Must try! If you see that any events you HAVE to stop at their booth and try one!
I Can’t really judge off of 1 bad cookie, but the Tricked out Red velvet cookie tasted like cardboard. I’m not sure if it was a old cookie or bad batch but it tasted old, strong vinegar taste and was hard as a rock.
However I did get another cookie that was great!!
PhatAsh Bakes cookies are truly a work of art! You can tell that every cookie is made with passion, care, and an incredible attention to detail. Each one is handled with so much love, and their unique creations and flavor combinations are unmatched. It’s impossible to walk away from their booth with just one—there’s always something new and exciting to try!
Beyond their incredible cookies, Ash & Izzy are just as sweet. They always greet customers with warm smiles and bring such welcoming energy to every interaction. Their kindness and enthusiasm make every visit to their booth a joy.
My husband and I have also attended their Bake Night twice, and both times we had amazing experiences. Getting a behind-the-scenes look at where and how the magic happens, and then creating our own custom cookies, is so much fun! We can’t wait to do it again!
If you haven’t tried PhatAsh Bakes yet (or if you haven’t been to one of their Bake Nights), do yourself a favor and treat yourself—you won’t regret it!
Scrumptious cookies. We had the s’mores. It’s quite easy to miss finding the building as it’s tucked away at the back of Chevron on a slip road. You can enter it through a small plaza next to Cajun Crawfish and opposite Zebra. The black gates entrance has a sign and a doorbell.
A hidden gem, literally. Check their website for the current week’s rotating flavors. You can find them at local festivals, pickup on specific days of the week or even order online for shipping to you. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad cookie from here, and I’ve tried a bunch of flavors! Dare I say it, but these are so much better than Gideon’s. I love that each creation truly is unique and you can tell it is made with love and magic.
