I saw Pho 813 pop up and thought I give it a try. It has a nice decor outside and plenty of parking spaces. It also has a nice patio outside so you can enjoy your meal outdoors.
When I first walk into the restaurant, the place is well light and looks very clean. However, not one employee was Vietnamese and there were no Vietnamese customer. Based on that, I knew what to expect.
Given that it was very early, it wasn’t to crowded. I was seated quickly and was well taken care of quickly. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue as that is the dish I try in every new place I go.
The meal came out very quickly. Unfortunately I will say that it was not as hot as it should be. The condiments was not correct for the soup as it was for pho soup. The broth wasn’t bad. But the food is catered to Americans and younger generations. I know my American wife would like it. For me, it was not authentic Vietnamese food and the soup lacked so many ingredients that should be in a Bun Bo hue.
I would recommend this place for the new younger generation or American folk. However, i am sorry to say I would not look to this place if you want real authentic Vietnamese food.
I wanted to love everything about this place, we started with cup of iced Vietnamese coffee which was absolutely great. We continued with different soups, I ordered the beef Pho, the broth was simply perfect, actually, everything about that soup was amazing, unfortunately, except the beet itself. It felt like the beef was pre-cooked and was NOT cooked in the soup as it was supposed to and it also tasted old. The other people in my group loved their soup.
This place would have definitely get 5 starts from me for a perfect soup if the beef was just better.
This is absolutely hands down the BEST RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TOO. I love the food the location is beautiful. 100/10!! $40 fed 4 people!! I was singing and dancing and tapping my toes the whole time I was eating! I would move in if they would let me!
Great Vietnamese food. Service is impressively fast. Have been here twice and it never takes them more than 10 minutes to bring out our food. Portions are good. Definitely recommend the summer rolls – they are the best I’ve had out of many Vietnamese places in the area.
Exceptional fast and friendly service! The pho was excellent and prepared exactly the way I like. Spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce wonderful. Clean, and comfortable seating inside and out. Management and staff were super friendly and made this a wonderful experience! Look forward to bringing family, friends, and clients.
