Won’t find a more Florida vibe bar than this! Directly on the Hillsborough River with boat access, this makes it the perfect destination to grab drinks or a bite to eat after a day out on the water. The live music makes the atmosphere entertaining yet relaxing. They have a ton of outdoor seating as well as indoor, both including bars. Everything is served in disposable products, making it an easy clean-up. The wings were pretty good, but the service was fantastic. Always had a full drink with a friendly smile. This definitely felt like a place the locals tend to be at consistently, as it’s been in business for 30 years. Parking is a little crazy around peak times, but you can find a space. You just might have to walk a little bit.
Stopped by seated pretty quickly. They have very good prices. Decided on fish sandwiches jerked and fried. Very delicious and well seasoned. Will be back! Menu pictures attached!
We had a nice early dinner at Rick’s. First time there. Hidden gem along the River in Tampa.
– solid. About what we expected. Large menu. Good portions. Great prices. Cajun fries were very good.

Overall. Will be bringing others to Rick’s in the near future. We are always looking for places to bring our group after UT basketball games — this willl be next!
What a great place. My husband and I came here on. Thursday afternoon. Kristen the bartender was fantastic! The drinks were great! The wings were good. Going to have clams next. Will definitely come here again! You won’t be disappointed.
I live 2 minutes away from this restaurant. I can’t walk as much because I had my acl surgery. When you call option 1 is to place a to go order and when they answered they said they don’t take to go orders over the phone that I have to come in. If you guys don’t do take out orders why do you have the option when you call your restaurant. The lady got mad when I claimed there’s an option for take out when you call and hung up on me. That poor attitude. If you guys are looking for better service, pet friendly and better view check out Salt Shack. Food is 10x better, kind servers, and better service!! You won’t regret and view is absolutely beautiful. Will not be coming here again or recommending it. Don’t want my friends having a bad experience.
