for brunch after church, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We parked in the garage behind the restaurant (paid parking) and had made reservations in advance. Even though we arrived early, we were seated within five minutes, which was a nice surprise.
The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating; we opted for indoors, where the ambiance was modern and aesthetically pleasing. Our waiter, Camron, was amazing, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive.
For drinks, my sister created a specialty cocktail while I enjoyed a refreshing white sangria. The food did not disappoint—she had the French toast with a side of bacon, and we shared truffle fries for the table. The assorted ketchup selection was a fun touch, and the carrot ketchup was surprisingly delicious! I ordered The Drake Benedict, which was flavorful and well-prepared.
Overall, everything was great—the food, service, and atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend The Drake Kitchen + Bar for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch in downtown Orlando!
VIP 5star experience! Roger was quick to bring out the whole shelf of high end bourbon and knew all about the different tastes etc. he and the staff here made our anniversary a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious! Stop by and you will not regret it. Reservations recommended for larger parties. Enjoy!
We had an amazing brunch experience! The atmosphere was great, perfect weather for the patio and all of the plants make the space so inviting. Our service was 10/10, everyone was so polite and friendly. Niko our service was the most pleasant and offered so many suggestions of his favorite things. Ownership walked around and asked us about our meal several times. Drinks were fantastic with our group trying several specialty cocktails. The real star of the show however was the food. Dishes are perfectly curated for the best meal. We enjoyed the Drake Benedict, Double Duck Pizza, and Crispy French Toast along with the breakfast bread basket. I don’t know which I loved more but I will be back to try the other menus!
I planned an intimate wedding reception at The Drake last November for a total of 12 people, and it was such a beautiful evening!
Ellie made the planning process so simple, and was very helpful in guiding me through creating a food and drink menu for my event. They have a delicious selection to choose from when planning a private event in the restaurant, so we planned an hour outside on the patio and chose some hors devours to serve. My favorite of the selections we chose were the Posh Tots (tater tots, crème fraiche, and trout roe) and would HIGHLY recommend. We also had a little bar set up outside for our party. We followed that up with another 3 hours inside where the staff served us our selections (made in advance) of a limited offering of seasonal selections from the main menu. And of course French fries and flights of ketchup for the table!
Thuy prepared a BEAUTIFUL table and space for our event, and even met with me beforehand to go over details and ideas about how to decorate the space.
Every member of staff who assisted that night was flawless! Overall it was a very intimate, special evening with close family to celebrate our wedding, and it was an absolutely perfect event.

We had an office lunch/ baby shower at the Drake. I’ve coordinated several of these outings but was blown away by how attentive and detail oriented the staff was. Communication was great with Ellie regarding a custom menu for the event (a smaller version of their lunch menu to make it easier for our guests to pick their meals). The space they had us in was sectioned off and they went above and beyond by having a beautiful mirror sign customized to our event. The lunch went smoothly, the food was delicious and we were very well taken care of. I cannot recommend enough!
