The building is not well kept for the price. Those in charge of the HOA and POA are power hunger and demeaning. The only thing nice about that location is the restaurant, Sunset. Their staff is amazing, the food is fantastic and they offer a lot. The neighbor controls the parking lot, so park on the free lot. Had friends join us for dinner and we found out that the neighborhood put in paid parking, but the restaurant offers a free lot. There is another smaller restaurant in the neighborhood however, they are not as good. Don’t stay in little harbor, but do visit sunset restaurant
Wonderful sunsets here. Food is delicious and reasonably priced considering it’s location.
Got room via airbnb. Area is beautiful. Pool was very nice & clean. I believe it was a salt water pool. Resort area was quiet overall. A couple restaurants on site however not offering breakfast which was disappointing. I also noticed there were charter boats offering services within the resort area which was cool! Beach was closed during my stay since there was bacteria in the water. Pier offered dock fishing and gorgeous sunsets! I would stay here again.
