My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep of my life in their bed! What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful gesture from Diana H. in housekeeping. After seeing our two-year-old daughter dancing in the hallway the night before, she surprised her with a stuffed animal and cookies. It was such a kind and memorable touch. We can’t wait to return.
Beautiful rooms, grounds and service. I never thought much of going to Orlando- have been a few times and was unimpressed. This was different. It was like being at any other Ritz property in the Caribbean. Didn’t feel like Orlando at all. If you didn’t know better, you could imagine the beach was just behind the gate of the pool. The place was beautiful and very calming and relaxing. It never seemed crowded despite the conferences going on. The pool service was lovely. There are multiple restaurants. I traveled alone this time. I appreciated the nice room the staff made an effort to provide and their willingness to provide a late checkout without giving me grief. I can’t wait to take the kids back as it seemed like a great place for kids- Ritz kids for 4 years and older, splash pad, playground, free shuttles to parks I was told. My one complaint is that they do not allow guests to use the spa pool and facilities unless having a treatment. The main pool was cold my first day and I was not able to use the spa pool. I will say the main pool was warm the following day. Will definitely return
This review is for Nick the server at the pool. We have been here for 3 days and each time we came to the pool he gave us amazing service. He remembered and knew what drinks we were going to order and always made sure we were taking care of. Over all the hotel is beautiful and we have had a wonderful stay
This is an especially nice property considering it is a conference facility property rather than a resort property. Although this property does have some resort like features with nice pools and a great golf course.
The conference/meeting facilities are large and very nice
The hotel has a great bar and good food. You do not have to hike all the way to the Starbucks in the conference center because the hotel has a terrific coffee spot with everything you need.
We did a staycation here recently.
The room was nice and staff were all helpful.
A few things disappointed
1. The pool was empty for renovations. This was not told on booking or on check in.
2. The elevators broke at least 3 times on our weekend.
3. Our TV was locked where all we could control was the volume and on:off. We had to wait for staff to come fix it before we could watch a movie in the evening.
4. They double changed us for valet parking (charge was removed)
I’m not sure I would stay here again – unless it was on points.
