This was a great experience for me. I was here for a business conference and everything was great. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I had an amazing view from my window. The amenities were great, although I had to do a little searching to find the coffee maker tucked away in a cabinet under the TV. Everything worked as it should. The room was very quiet.
The catering for our group was excellent. All of the food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The location seemed good and within walking distance of restaurants and bars, although due to the nature of my trip, I was not able to explore much. I would stay at this hotel again, however since this was a company paid trip, cost was not a factor.

Stunning location on Harbour Island with a view to Davis Island and across the cityscape. I was a little disappointed in the overall service, and the room needed a more thorough remodeling. I could see that some remodeling work was done, but it seemed more like a makeover of an out-of-date design than a remodeling. Considering the price point of this hotel, I expected a little more. But overall it was a good experience.

The hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality of service and amenities provided. The furniture and bathroom feel outdated, lacking the modern touches you would expect for the price. Despite charging nearly $300 per night, they don’t even include breakfast, which is quite disappointing. On top of that, valet parking costs an additional $50, making the overall expense even more unreasonable, and you have to pay $30 for destination fee. For the amount paid, one would expect a far better experience, but unfortunately, the value just isn’t there. The cost does not justify the quality, making it a poor choice for those looking for comfort and convenience at a fair price.

Honestly, for what you spend at this place, it’s nothing spectacular. The lobby/lounge area is practically empty, with a few sofas and chairs. The bar on the LL floor is probably the only thing this place has going for it. It’s not like it’s a bad hotel, it’s just wildly outdated. The hotel rooms are pretty standard- like your average 3 or 4 star hotel. The outside of the hotel looks super run down.
I feel that the photos do not match what this place actually looks like. I was shocked, thinking I was going to be staying at a luxury hotel, and then saw all of this.
Also, the room service food was EXPENSIVE. I get that it’s room service, but the food was the same, if not, worse than a Complimentary Breakfast.
We asked for an upgrade for our room, and they gave us a bathroom with a broken faucet!!
The view is not grand or anything, but it’s decent if you want something waterfront.

Wasn’t really impressed with this place at all.

Do not stay here if you expect to receive what you pay for. My bad experience started out at check in. We had a 2 queen bed room reserved for 4 adults. They said they were very busy and only had a King bed room and could bring a rollaway bed. The roll away bed was a twin sized mattress. This resulted in me going downstairs and complaining. Guess what, they now magically had the proper room available. Now feeling like the Beverley Hillbillies, we moved all of our stuff to the new room. Thankful we now had two beds but then discovered that there were only 2 washcloths and 3 towels. We tried calling someone with no answer for over 15 minutes. Finally heard a housekeeper in the halls through the paper thin walls and the crack below the door big enough for a small dog to escape. The room itself had a great view, good thing because you don’t want to look inside. The carpet was about 13 years beyond its life expectancy and dirty.
