I cannot recommend this spa enough! Staff went above & beyond to make available time to fit my boyfriend and I in. Every single service was professional, luxurious, individualized, and attentive. All staff members were SO kind, welcoming, and assuring. There truly was not one minute, even in between services, that we were not looked after and cared for. Whether this is your first massage/facial, or you’re a returning vet, Top of the Palms is THE experience and service that you’re crossing your fingers for when booking. 5 stars!
Loved my experience here! They have a great heated foot massager and a blanket for the waiting area. My masseuse was Sandra “Zendra”…so talented and relaxing! Got a foot massage and a hot stone massage with her. Very healing experience! Thank you, Sandra!! And I didn’t catch a name, but the woman who runs the front desk was super nice with a wonderful presence to be around too!
First time here visiting from Tampa and it was amazing! Got the Serenity pkg and enjoyed it very much!! Will be returning very soon. Very worth it.
Stacey, Sandra, & Gino were all phenomenal! I booked the Deluxe Spa Package to treat myself & it was so worth it! The environment is so relaxing & smells amazing. I feel so recharged & relaxed. Thank you to Stacey for being an amazing host, thank you to Sandra for the best massage, facial, & paraffin, & thank you to Gino for an amazing foot massage! Next time I’m in Orlando, I will definitely return.
I can’t get over what a great deal this massage/facial package is, and I have had many amazing spa days because of the great customer service we always receive. The owner is often working at the front desk and is always so accommodating. Our family loves to give the spa package as holiday gifts, and it’s always a really great way to spend an afternoon when we’re entertaining friends from out of town. (I don’t work here – I just really love a massage and a great deal!)
