I always come to this place and I never regret it! I would go back as many times as necessary just to eat their delicious ice creams
Not a lot of seating. Friendlier staff and very fast service. Prices are kinda high, but the ice cream is really good.
The menu is diverse in ice cream types, flavors and colors. But the only thing is that the ice cream melts too quickly. We just bought it and took a few pictures and the ice cream melted very quickly.
The soft serve ice cream from twisty treats is a true standout from all the other competitors with its rich taste. The service was outstanding and memorable. Overall this is a must try for ice cream lovers! Will definitely come back to try the other flavors!
Poor customer service. We ordered the same 4 ice creams we always order at the other Twistee Treat. Two of the ice creams (same flavor) came tasting very different from other Twistee Treat, which is fine, but my kids didn’t like it at all. I explained the situation and asked for a plain vanilla instead, but was told all sales are final and there was nothing they could do. So I went ahead and paid for 2 more. Very rude, especially for loyal Twistee Treat customers. Will not be back to this location. Obviously this location is for tourists who won’t be back anyway.
