Very nice resort. Room was very nice and it was very clean! The service and employees were great and they provide great customer service.
It is a very big campus with great things to do. It is difficult without a car here but there are shuttles to take you everywhere on the property, they are very good and running constantly but it is still kind of a bummer. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, just stating a fact. Again, the shuttles are always running and there are several.
I will definitely come back, maybe with a rental car next time.

Centrally located close to Universal studios and Volcano bay. Even though it is located right in front of i4, you cannot hear any of the traffic and it feels like you’re somewhere else completely. It’s so calm and all of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by the nice gentlemen at the gate station every time we drove in. There was a big tub in the middle of the room, which was enjoyed by my son after a long day at the parks. There is such a big spacious balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and beautifully kept grounds to enjoy the many other activities. On our last day, we enjoyed the gift shop and the arcade room. So much to do and we definitely enjoyed our stay!
When we checked in to the resort, Alvroy was waiting to give us a tour of the property. Even though we came in late, he only greeted us with smiles! We told him that we were planning a surprise for our mom and he immediately helped us get a plan to surprise her. He even set up their room and was eager to help get them in without spoiling the surprise. He is one of the best at his job and I can’t recommend him enough.
Brian P was an absolutely amazing tour guide and host! He assisted us with luggage, getting to our room and getting settled in. Prior to him leaving he assisted us in checking to make sure all of our amenities were accessible and all applied worked. he ordered us extra towels and sheets to make sure we were comfortable and not having to wait on anything!! 10/10 would recommend and return again!!
Warning to anyone wanting to stay here. We book a 7 night exchange. The last week of February 2025. While many things were sub par, these are the three major issues that I hope other customers don’t have to experience.
1. Building 60 is where we stayed. The walls are so thin you can actually hear the next unit occupants turn on and off the bathroom light switch. You can FULLY hear the conversation as if you were in the room.
2.Access. You will not be able to enjoy the amenities . This building is so so far away you would need to drive to the main complex
3. Parking. They are well short of the necessary parking spaces. So if you come home after 10pm you will need to drive to their parking garage and walk the half mile back.
This poses significant safety issues for families. This property should be ashamed of itself. We have used vacation exchanges for over 20 years and have gotten some wonderful places and some average places. This place should be avoided at all costs.
